No Fees
There are no consumer fees for The Child Sexual Abuse Treatment Program.
Led by Professionals
Staffed by Master’s level therapists who have the skills to handle the needs of child victims of sexual abuse.
Listening Ear provides vital resources for children and adolescents, ages 3 to 17, who have experienced sexual abuse and live in Isabella or Clare Counties. We offer a safe, supportive environment where children and families can find the help they need from the moment abuse is disclosed, throughout the legal process, and beyond.
Services We Offer
We’re here to support you every step of the way with services that include:
- Comprehensive assessment of needs and circumstances
- Consultation to guide families through the process
- Short-term, focused counseling tailored to the needs of each child
- Emotional support for both children and their families
- Referrals to additional services as needed
Referral Process
Children can join our program through referrals made by various partners, including Protective Services workers at the Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS), law enforcement, the court system, or other community organizations. We offer flexible hours to accommodate families, and all services are free of charge.
Our Therapists
The program is staffed by highly trained, Master’s level Therapists who specialize in helping child victims of sexual abuse. Our Therapists are experts in child development, family dynamics, and working collaboratively with other services to provide the best care. We’re here to assess and meet your child’s unique needs.

Schedule
Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with evening appointments available to work around school and work schedules. On-call staff are available 24/7 to respond to crises and emergencies, so we’re always here when you need us.
